Great BBQ T a fair price. All the meats are great and they include a free desert too

When they first opened food was awesome. I quickly became an every week customer. But slowly but surely the portion sizes became smaller and smaller, and now prices have gone up. Not worth it anymore. It's a shame too.

This particular Dickey's makes amazing stuff. At other stores the meat is dry , over cooked and they often mess up my order. This story is a model for what the product really should be like at any Dickey's. The brisket was tender and the sliced chicken breast melted in my mouth. Too bad I live an hour away or I'd be there every week.

Had a carryout feast from this place recently, and the food was very good! Loved the beef brisket and pulled pork, both were delicious with tender meat and great flavor. The turkey was bland, though (but then, isn't all turkey?) The spicy cheddar sausage was good, albeit a little greasy. The coleslaw was spot on, but the potato salad was meh.. bland. Green beans with bacon were also mediocre. Didn't try the mac & cheese, but the kids ate it up. Cornbread was tasty and not dry like some cornbread is. Good place for bbq. I'd eat here again.

Stopped in to this spot for lunch. had the 2 meat plate with baked beans and Mac & Cheese. Normally dickeys is pretty good but I guess today was not a great adventure. My chopped brisket and pulled pork both seemed under cooked and my roll was dry and hard. They gave me replacement cornbread but the meal was already ruined. Hopefully the next time the food will be better but for now it wasn't that good at this location

So far I have been to this place twice. Once when they first opened and agian after and I must say they have kept it consistent so far. I love the idea of a BBQ sit down fast food style resturant. I had the pulled pork sadwhich and three diffrent bbq sauces on it and I really enjoyed it. The beef brisket was very tender and had a great smoke flavor. I am a sucker for BBQ and this place really hit the spot. I hope that one opens up coser to where I live!

Friendly staff very helpful dinning area was clean and well kept I had the Two meat plate with pulled pork and beef brisket meat was a little dry the pulled pork was moist. I am BBQ snob the meat was missing any BBQ or smoker taste thought the BBQ sauce has liquid smoke in it if you are missing the flavor and yes I am being sarcastic. The onion tangles were very good. The best way to put it is Dickey's is to BBQ as Long John Silver is to sea food.

I went to try dickeys today but had to walk out. The service was so slow and there was only 1 person ahead of me. For lunch time eats on a time limit, I have to sit out on this one. I won't be back.

I have been to Dickey's twice. Once we ate in and once we got takeout. The meats are very good. We have tried the ribs, brisket and pulled pork. They are tender, moist and well smoked. The sides are a mixed bag. The onion tanglers which are fantastic crispy salty and delicious, the waffle fries which are good (not great and both times a bit under cooked and under seasoned), the baked beans which are sweet, smokey and tasty, and the mac and cheese which was rather underwhelming. I wish the mac and cheese tasted like real cheese and maybe even had some crusty baked cheese on top. The regular sauce was our favorite and I enjoyed the pickles and onions. The "biscuit" was undoubtedly the one item not worth eating. I've tossed it out both times. It tasted like the worst of white bread dinner rolls. Too dense, no flavor. The meats were not quite warm enough both times. The first they were actually cold, the second time more tepid. The taste of the meats were so great we will no doubt continue to get takeout and reheat a bit at home.

Food was decent. Had betyer. Should of gine to chicken shack. Over priced and rude employee. First time here, had questions and acted like it was going to be torture to answer them.

Good meal! Got some carry out, totally worth it. Since bbq places are non-existant around me I was happy to see Dickey's open. I had seen a few other around, and read the reviews. So glad I tried this place! I ordered the 1 meat meal, got a biscuit, and 2 sides. I ordered the pulled pork with the hot sauce, mac and cheese, and cole slaw based on a fellow yelpers recommendation. Great call! Everything is so tastey and filling! The cole slaw is perfect-chopped not shredded which is a superior texture. The mac and cheese was so creamy and had a distinct real cheese flavor. I wanted so much more of it. I used my biscuit to sop up the cheese when it was all gone. Mmm cheese... The pulled pork was very tender and juicy. The hot sauce is hot. Thank you Dickey's! I love hot sauce, so when its not hot it makes me sad. There are red pepper flakes in it and it had just enough heat to give you the kick you really want. I only finished half and I am really full. I will be happy to have the rest tomorrow... .and I don't usually do leftovers. Overall, for what I guess you could call a fast food bbq place well done! I will happily return for the signature big yellow cup of beverage and the free ice cream!

I went through the drive thru yesterday and picked up carry out for my husband. The employee working the drive thru was awesome. He was courteous professional and that is so rare that I had to write the review. It was during dinner as well. Between 5pm-6pm My husband said the food was good. He had the plain pulled pork sandwich and onion straws, baked beans and unsweetened tea.

If you have had quality BBQ you will not be happy. This is barely fast food caliber BBQ. The sides I had were terrible. Mac and cheese was like soup and had no taste. Potato salad was very odd with barely any flavor. The only good side was waffle fries but it's hard to mess those up. I had BBQ chicken that was edible and pulled pork that was ok but very fatty. There are only 3 sauces to choose from and 2 are the same just varying degrees of spicy. And all the BBQ sauces are thin and runny. There's no way that it's worth that it was worth the $11.50+tax. There aren't too many BBQ places around but any of them are better than this. Wouldn't recommend wasting your money or appetite here.

Came here for the first time. My daughter wanted ribs and we decided to try this instead of Famous Dave's. the staff greeted is when we came in the door and were very friendly. They let me try their Spicy Cheddar Sausage. It was good and spicy. my daughter got the rib plate and I got the 3 meat. Ribs were fall off the bone ane tasty. The pulled pork was also good. I like that they serve their sauces warm. I got the green beans with bacon and the baked potato casserole. My daughter got the mac & cheese and Caesar salad. They were all good. My daughter really liked here salad. Good size portions for the price. Nice to have another BBQ place in the vicinity.

Went to Dickey's last night on a whim. Upon entering it was really dark inside, I thought maybe because it was early evening and once it got dark outside that would change. Nope, it stayed really dark. Ordering, the menu to us seemed a little confusing so we grabbed a paper menu and ordered from it. We all ordered the Rib Plate. We were offered corn bread instead of the bun and all agreed we wanted corn bread. When paying we were suprised that we were charged more for corn bread. I think that should be told to you when you're asked, there is no mention of this on the menu. So between three rib plates, three corn bread upgrades and three drinks we were in for over $50. Mind you if this was a typical BBQ restaurant I would expect that, this is not. This is nothing short of a fast food BBQ joint. You order in line and take it to your table. Now the food. The ribs were rather small and I received 5 bones. I picked up the first one and the meat never left the plate, bone plucked clean out. I don't know about other people but I cannot stand ribs that fall off the bone. To me, that's pulled pork! Why even have the bone?? The ribs were nothing to brag about, lacked flavor of any kind other than the sauce they slathered over top of them. We all got the mac n cheese, it was decent but nothing special. We all also got the onion twisters? I think that's what they were called. Those were actually very good, tasty and crisp! Definitely the best part of the meal. We noticed a "free ice cream" machine with cones next to it. A nice touch however what came out of the "ice cream" machine was hardly ice cream. It tasted like pureed ice with vanilla flavor. Granted it was free but nothing to write home about. Overall the restaurant and food were decent and clean from what I could see because again it was really dark inside. I don't think I'd personally recommend it to anyone who's looking specifically for BBQ and for the price and location from us we probably won't be back. I guess if it's local to you and you're in a crunch for time or want quick carry out then it's a decent alternative from a burger and fries.

OMG!!! This place is amazing...I have been here 4 times since they opened and every time the food was great!! I have tried the beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken and ribs for the meat and the baked potato casserole, waffle fries, potato salad, fried Okra, onion tanglers and Mac & Cheese for the sides and everything was great. I will admit the service is not that great, but hey, the place just opened and I assume they are all on a learning curve right now. I guarantee you my family will continue to dine here and everyone else should too!!

Well holy fucking shit I just ate this place and let me tell you it was incredible. I can't describe in words. I came here really not knowing what to expect what I got was an incredible pulled pork sandwich. The sides were perfect, the baked beans... amazing. the staff, very friendly and they even had my favorite kind of ice cubes the ones that come in little balls also they had Coke which is my personal favorite. But the one thing that really set this place over the edge for me was as I was sitting down I noticed there is a lone softserve ice cream machine that just said above it "take what you want it's free" that's right... free softserve ice cream you got to be kidding me! this is the kind of place that I dream about. the kind of place is so perfect I can't imagine it's real. But it is. Put some dickeys right in my mouth.

Let's start with the people there, very friendly! Felt welcomed. Thanks for that. Now the food, not bad. Not great either. Mixed bag. My main concern was the food to cost ratio. I paid quite higher prices then I expected to, OK no problem, I thought, then I got the food and was really shocked at the small portion I received. Definitely not worth the money. Went back with the girlfriend because she wanted to try it, and yet again same thing, so I know it wasn't a fluke.

This was my first time at any dickeys. When I saw that this location near me had finally opened I was stoked ...... I need BBQ within close proximity to me!!! I went in on Thursday evening. The staff was super friendly our cashier was great. The food was fresh and delicious. I got a small beef brisket sandwich and my BFF got the pulled pork regular sized sandwich, we split jalapeño beans and potato salad. The sides weren't exactly my thannnnggg but tasty nonetheless. The tall guy (sone sort of management I'm sure) was holding it down in there and was keeping things in order. He even unexpectedly delivered our food to the table. Our cashier was very sweet and even helped me to get the ice cream cones.....and yes the ice cream is free. Not that you'd need it the portions were magnificent. Oh yea and that spicy sweet barbecue was AMAZING!!!!!

REALLY good BBQ at good prices. I got the two meat plate & my husband got the three meat plate, both w/nice portions! Between us both we tried the ribs, polish sausage, beef brisket & spicy cheddar sausage and all of it was delicious/tender. You choose your own BBQ sauce(s) which they have 3 distinct flavors to choose from..Dickey's original, sweet, and hot & spicy which were all good depending on what you like. The BBQ baked beans, green beans and mac & cheese were flavorful. Our son tried the potato salad w/his rib plate & ate everything after devouring his "yummy soft roll." The staff was very helpful & it's a friendly environment. A plus, if you eat in there's a free self serve ice cream cone after your meal. Over all excellent food & experience!

Very nice meal. I had the 3 meat plate with Polish Sausage, Beef Brisket and Ribs. It comes with two sides and a bread roll; I had Cole Slaw and Fried Okra. As a bonus they have an Ice Cream machine so you can have a free small cone after your meal.

I would problaby go back to Dickeys for a BBQ sandwich and fries. I would not go back for the ribs. Instead I would go to Lazy Bones or Bad Brads for ribs and homemade sides. Lastnight I got the ribs and they were kind of gray looking and the cashier put additional sauce on them prior to putting them in the bag. The ribs were fall off the bone but did not have any chew to them or dry rub on them when they were smoked. They would be rather bland if it were not for the runny BBQ sauce they put on them. Also the service leaves a little to be desired. I want to be greeted and the person behind the counter ready to take my order when I enter a fast food place. At Dickys you have to get the guys attention and tell him you are ready to order.

Royally overpriced. My husband got the three meat deal and asked for ribs and brisket- doubling on the ribs. He received 2 bones. The coleslaw was also sour tasting. The only thing goos was the processed macaroni :)

I'm salivating just thinking about this place! I lived in Austin, TX for 7 years and the pulled pork and ribs at Dickey's are the closest I've had to true Texas BBQ. The BBQ sauce is warm and tangy - loved the sweet sauce! I had a side of green beans (which had a spicy kick) and the Caesar salad too - both were great. I will be coming back here again!

Terrible service! Just opened this week. Went yesterday afternoon about 5:00 PM and had to wait forever. This restaurant has a drive thru service and the employees were making sure that they were getting their food before the patrons inside we're getting theirs. Finally got to order and two of the items I wanted they had ran out of (not good for a new establishment). The pulled pork I ordered was very dry and tasteless. The other two meats I ordered were very skimpy and just okay in taste. The four sides I ordered were very bland. The employes kept apologizing for the delay in getting the patrons food. Dickeys is overrated and overpriced. They will not see me there again!
